General

Our Neo units are made of galvanized steel, and each structure has passed strict structural safety certifications. It can resist earthquakes, and severe typhoons, and handle heavy snow loads. Depending on care and maintenance, the life expectancy of the materials is over decades.

The exterior material is aluminum with a fluorocarbon treatment to prevent corrosion. The aluminum plate is affixed with rubber-plastic sound insulating cotton, and a foam layer in the middle, providing excellent soundproofing.

Yes, interior walls are insulated with polyurethane. Our units come with the option to increase the thickness of our insulation interior, so the units can be comfortable even in the harshest climates.

Yes, all models have electrical and plumbing, wiring and connections. The unit will meet most local requirements. Please be sure to check with your local permitting authorities to confirm.

Yes, our units are built for year-round living. To enhance the year-round living experience, additional options such as a heated floor, shower lamp heater, thicker insulation, balcony, and kitchen can be purchased.

We strongly advise against doing so, as the construction is made in a one-piece frame. Altering it might compromise the structural integrity of the units, leading to safety concerns. Such modifications will void our warranty, and we will not be responsible for any resulting damage or losses.

Yes, our units can be placed off-grid. Additional options can be purchased to facilitate off-grid living.

Pricing

The final price is inclusive of the unit, any customizations, as well as any add-ons you choose to include from our build list. It does not include delivery/transportation to your location or crane services. Transportation will need to be arranged with the vendor of your choice, or we also provide vendor referrals. 

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your unit. This deposit is applicable towards the full cost of your unit. 

Our prices do not include delivery and installation. Due to the various location and installation placement, you will need to plan with relevant vendors to arrange for delivery and installation of your unit. We can certainly assist in the process by providing trusted vendors.

Shipping and Installation

We currently do not offer delivery services, however our products can be arranged to be picked up and delivered to the location of your choosing through vendors of your choice, or we can help arrange at the buyer’s expense.

Unfortunately, due to various jurisdictions and codes, we are unable to provide a universal solution for specific permitting, as it heavily depends on the location, placement of the unit, and site preparation work. Thus, the permit process is the customer’s responsibility within their local jurisdiction. We have a trusted vendor that can consult with you on the process and obtain structural and mechanical documents for your permitting process at an additional cost. 

Our units require a proper foundation for the unit to be placed on. The type of foundation needed will be based on the terrain and ground that you are placing your unit on. Please consult with a general contractor or civil engineer to determine what type of foundation is best suited for your property.  

Your Neo Units comes pre-installed with the ability to connect plumbing, electrical and HVAC. You will simply need to connect your utilities to the unit upon delivery. We recommend having a professional contractor on site to make sure everything is installed correctly upon delivery of your unit.

Our units need to be placed on a leveled foundation. If you are planning to connect your units to the grid, you will also need to provide sewage plumbing, water inlet and a 50amp electric connection. For more information, please consult with our representatives.
